Financial considerations are made on a case-by-case basis. The terms and conditions of a Leave may include measures to address potential financial implications for the student. 

Examples of steps that have been taken to support students engaged with the Policy, include, retroactively refunding tuition and fees, covering fees for continuation of health & dental coverage under the Student Union benefit plans, providing emergency funding for needs such as housing or travel home, and working with students to manage any OSAP implications.
