Navi is an anonymous chat-based virtual assistant for students wanting to learn more about the mental health supports and services available at U of T. Launched in 2020, Navi now handles more than 3,000 engagements per month.
New this year, Navi also can answer questions about tri-campus content most frequently requested by incoming and upper year students such a recruitment, admissions, finance, housing, and registrarial information.
